Gluten-Free Bread! At Last!

Bette Hagman’s The Gluten-Free Gourmet Bakes Bread is a necessity! I loved the pizza dough and bagels. I added garlic and onion to the Italian spices for the pizza dough. Even though I didn’t let the quick bagels rise, they did just fine in my donut pans. Ah, to have bagels again! So nice to mix it up.
