Reuben Pasta Casserole

I found “Gluten-Free Pasta” by Robin Asbell when I was in Cincinnati and stopped at Joseph-Beth Booksellers. And I found a Reuben pasta casserole, similar to my recipe for tuna casserole. I gave it a try, and even though I forgot to put the sauerkraut in the casserole, it made a nice topping. I used bacon instead of pastrami.
