I have fallen in love with dates. They make a great appetizer with cream cheese and honey. But what else can I do with them? My breakfast/energy bar options are limited because Aldi no longer has them.
So I guess I’ll make my own.
I found this recipe using sorghum flour. And they are delicious. While making them, I learned to not overwhelm my food processor with liquid.
In the future, I will experiment with variations.
