I went to the farmers market and came home with asparagus, broccoli, spinach, sugar snap peas, onions, zucchini, and strawberries. I played the “what do I cook now” game. Answer? Thai Peanut Noodle Stir-Fry.
I was very pleased that Bella Cuisine added shortcake. And here I thought I would never eat strawberry shortcake again!
My sister grows strawberries. I helped her pick them one summer and make jam. Consider yourself lucky if you get one of her strawberry jam jars for Christmas. My sister taught me how to make shortcake in the microwave. Now to find and make my own gluten-free shortcake.
